Drive through drink caramel machiatto not to good. Walked back in. Had to wait for them to make 6 others drinks before they remade mine. No care or concern for the wait when I was ahead and still trying to get what I paid for. I'm done with Starbucks.

Waited in the drive-through line for 5+ minutes, unmoving, just to have to pull around the car that was stuck at the intercom and when I drove past the service window, the employees were sat there chatting instead of taking anyone’s order?? The inside counter had no line from what I could see. If there’s an issue at least communicate that with the drivers so they don’t waste their break waiting for nothing Thanks

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I understand that most customers probably use the drive-thru, but customers who come inside shouldn’t have to wait several minutes every time before a cashier comes to the counter. Over the past two weeks, I’ve visited about 8 times, and this has happened on every visit. It seems like the staff is focused on the drive-thru while the front counter is often left unattended. If the team is consistently busy, management may want to consider scheduling someone specifically to handle counter sales during peak hours. Even a simple acknowledgment when a customer walks in would make a big difference. The food and service are generally good, but the repeated wait times at the counter have been frustrating and could definitely be improved.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by overflowing trash in the lobby. Looked behind the counter and there was trash, spills, and random things all over the service counters. Didn’t even order anything, just walked back out. I don’t trust getting food from a place with such bad cleanliness.

☕️ This Starbucks on Ashford Dunwoody Road has such a relaxing atmosphere—it’s a great place to unwind, catch up on some work, or just enjoy a quiet coffee break. The vibe is calm and comfortable, with a clean and well-kept space that feels welcoming. My drink was made just right, and everything from the layout to the lighting made it a pleasant visit. Definitely one of the more peaceful Starbucks locations I’ve been to. 5 stars for the chill experience!
